Marty’s natural love of plants, dirt, and creating landscapes as a young man, turned into a special rapport with the earth. By the age of 18, Marty was on job sites working with clients and creating their landscape dreams. Believing this was his greatest gift, he went on to SCC in Puget Sound for an education in Landscape Architecture and Horticulture and proceeded to form Pieroni’s Landscape Construction. With a successful company and multiple crews, he served homeowners, apartment complexes, schools, strip malls, and more.

The next step was a natural one. It happened one day at a restaurant in Boise when he picked up a newspaper and saw a piece of property for sale. So came his calling to build. In just days he bought 40 acres, eventually turning it into 132 homes. Then – another 40 acres, turning that into 121 homes… all beautifully landscaped, as you can imagine. Over the years he’s built hundreds of homes and still manages to stay engaged and inspired.

After decades as the owner of his building company, Treasured Communities, he is about to deliver The “Riverpath,” in Garden City, ID. It’s a project that is sure to turn handshakes into smiles, friendships, and another neighborhood where great memories are to come.
